Are there any restrictions on the cost or type of house the loan applies to?

What is the definition of a principal residence? What happens once an application is approved? Once the applicant has an accepted offer on a home, they must provide BC Housing with the details. They will then receive a conditional loan commitment letter with the amount of the BC HOME Partnership loan.
