The championship takes place once in four years

Apoorwa and Kajol also pushed the Indian team into the finals where the entire team conquered Sri Lanka smoothly. This year, the World Carrom Championship was the biggest with 15 countries participating. Apart from India and Sri Lanka, countries like USA, Germany, Canada, France and Italy also competed.
