Combine cashew butter, banana, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and baking soda in a bowl. Fold in coconut, white chocolate chips and nuts. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden. Nothing makes me more upset than people telling me it is a brownie when it is really cake masquerading as brownie.
