I guess people must just be eating nothing but meat

It is, over all, down from a couple of days ago. I'm going to continue at this bed time for a week and then move it to 9pm to see what happens. So far, I seem less incredibly grouchy. I am, however, also having terrible anxiety. I am waiting for vitamins that might help.
