A very small number of customers create a great majority of the serious issues

In short, the ones that suck the life out of your team. However, before addressing these customers, you first need to know why you have them in the first place. Perhaps we caused the difficulty. Perhaps the customer was a jerk from the get-go. It is important to know how much of the issue comes from the organization and how much from the customer.
