He is a Senior Soto Zen priest and Soto Zen Teacher

Jan was in hospice care, terminally ill from cancer. The organization delivers contemplative approaches to care through education, direct service and meditation practice. In order to bring the work to a broader audience, he co-developed the Foundations in Contemplative Care Training Program.

I want to move out, but what's holding me back is school.

My mom blames me for not doing enough at home.

I feel like I'm not at a good environment anymore.

My sister barely comes home because she's always at her boyfriend's place.

My older brother quit his job, dropped out of school to dedicated his time to video games.
