How does the role of S1 thinking in a medical context affect our dual process thinking?

Is our gut-instinct, based off years of experience, actually the source of our diagnostic errors? Can we trust our gut, or are we too biased? The conclusion that S1 is the source of error is based on general problem solving (e.g. On examination he has diminished breath sounds on the left side and a tender abdomen.

Even if the guys are ugly honestly I DO NOT BLOCK THEM N I NEVER WOULD, but I send them a picture of me and they block me, every SINGLE guy I try being friends with does this.
