Announcing Keynote Speaker Karen M. Prior to joining Conservancy, Karen served as an executive director of the GNOME Foundation. Before that, she was general counsel of the Software Freedom Law Center. In addition to her work at the Software Freedom Conservancy, she is also a pro bono counsel to the FSF and GNOME.

I feel as if I will be extremely happy if I moved out of northern va and settle in the Richmond or Virginia beach area since I don't see much ethnic or political separation compared to other mid Atlantic places.

I always wanted to move to southern virginia or north carolina where I don't have to experience political conflicts since these people in my area gets so fed up when someone disagrees with them.
