What we want to know is what our own environment has been like, if such weather details are of interest at all. What he does is to assemble all the data from all the major climate dataset compilers, and provide a month-by-month summary. Humlum grades the datasets by reliability, and puts the two satellite datasets, UAH-MSU and RSS into his top category.
